The breakfast was better than most places, we were surprised at how good it was. Also, the staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Frank who helped us with local spots to check out.
It wasn't exactly a steal, but given the comforts, I deemed it acceptable.

The spacious suite with two queen beds gave us plenty of room to relax. The kitchenette made snacks easy to prepare, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection, especially those freshly made pastries. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff's hospitality was appreciated. However, check-in wasn't smooth. The front desk seemed overwhelmed, and it took longer than expected to get our room. On the downside, the mattress I slept on had seen better days. it sagged a bit, making it uncomfortable. Customer service at check-out could have been friendlier, as the staff member barely acknowledged our presence. Overall, it was a great place to stay with excellent amenities, just a few kinks to work out.

The location of Hawthorn Suites is fantastic. I found it super convenient to reach the nearby shopping and dining areas. The room had ample space with comfortable seating, and the kitchenette really came in handy for late-night snacks. Staff members were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process easy. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast. it varied daily and there were some hearty options. On the downside, I faced some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The air conditioning unit was louder than expected, which affected my sleep a bit. The carpets in the common areas seemed outdated and could use some freshening up. Also, one of the elevators was being serviced during my stay, leading to longer wait times.

The location of Hawthorn in West Palm Beach works perfectly for visiting family nearby. I found the check-in process super quick and the staff members friendly. The suites are spacious, featuring a kitchenette that made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with plenty of options including fresh pastries. Unfortunately, the pool area felt a bit cramped for my taste. I also ran into some housekeeping issues, like an unclean bathroom sink that drained poorly and dirty sheets not being changed during my stay. With some minor improvements concerning maintenance and pool space, this hotel could be truly outstanding.

The two-bedroom suite was impressively spacious and well-stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. Breakfast featured a selection of hot food with attentive staff, enhancing the dining experience. However, thin walls made conversations from neighboring rooms audible, and the TV picture quality could use improvement. Overall, the facility is well-maintained with convenient amenities like ample USB outlets.

I appreciated the spacious One-Bedroom King Suite. The layout offered a nice living area and a fridge. Staff was friendly during my stay. Breakfast had decent options, but it opened too late for my schedule. The location was convenient, close to good shopping and dining, though a bit far from the main attractions in West Palm Beach. My suite needed some updates. the carpet was worn, and the shower tile showed signs of mold. I faced issues with the Wi-Fi. it was spotty at times, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience had high points but also notable downsides.

So I dined on the breakfast buffet, and despite a staff member's not-so-great mood, the spread was a hit! Plus, you can't ignore the convenience of nearby spots like Crazy Buffet and Red Robin for those late-night cravings.
The front desk staff vibe was a real buzzkill, and when the bar closed on a Friday at 6:30 PM, it felt like a missed opportunity for some local nightlife. Plus, carrying luggage down the stairs was less than ideal.
